In the heart of America, Chicago has everything! We will post up together at a central Chicago location where we meet, strategize, and disperse into this exciting, diverse, and alive city, to make photogrpahs that document the unbelievable humanity of this quintessentially American City. Each day will be accompanied by a very supportive review, as each participant works towards the building of their essay. In the tradition of Studs Terkel, himself a Chicago native and one of the all time great storytellers, I will mentor each photographer to use photography to speak from the heart with images, and as Terkel so extraordinarily did, embrace the humanity of this glorious city.
